Booking Terms & Conditions

Holiday Republic provides specialized, customized itinerary planning services for travelers.

Scope: Our service includes research, logistics planning, activity recommendations, and vendor coordination (e.g., transfers, excursions, accommodation bookings) based on your specific preferences.

Limitation: Holiday Republic acts as a travel consultant. We do not own or operate the hotels, speedboats, or excursion providers booked as part of your itinerary. We act as an agent between you and these third-party service providers.

Vendor Deposits: Once you approve your itinerary, deposits for third-party services (hotels, excursions, etc.) may be required immediately to secure availability.

Client Cancellations: If you decide to cancel your trip, please notify us in writing immediately. Any refund may be subject to the individual cancellation policies of the specific third-party vendors (e.g., hotels, transport providers). Holiday Republic is not responsible for vendor-imposed penalties. In general, the confirmation deposit of 20-30% of the full price, is non-refundable.

Force Majeure: Holiday Republic is not liable for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, extreme weather, government regulations, or pandemics.

Independent Vendors: Holiday Republic is not liable for the acts, omissions, or negligence of third-party vendors (e.g., boat operators, tour guides, or hotel staff).

Personal Safety: Travelers are responsible for their own safety while on excursions or during transit. Please follow all safety instructions provided by local operators.

Documentation: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, necessary visas, and any required health documentation for entry into the Maldives.

By engaging our services, you grant Holiday Republic permission to use photos or testimonials shared by you regarding your experience (unless requested otherwise in writing) for our social media marketing and promotional activities.

With the payment of the initial deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
